Lindsay Orr is an Associate Lawyer at The Calgary Legal Team. Called to the Alberta Bar in December 2025, she brings a unique international perspective to her practice, having spent nearly a decade living and working in the UK.

 

Lindsay earned her law degree from the University of Southampton (UK) and holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communication. Before becoming a lawyer, she worked in communications and gained experience with HM Courts & Tribunals Service within the UK Ministry of Justice. Together, these experiences shaped her practical, client-focused approach to law and strengthened her ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.

 

Outside of work, Lindsay volunteers with the Calgary Humane Society and Calgary Legal Guidance, and she serves as a pro bono lawyer with AEL Advocacy. An avid animal lover and outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys spending time with her husky, hiking, running, and exploring Alberta’s outdoors.
